1 - Shipping & Location

Do you ship to my country?

Yes.
We ship worldwide to most countries, including the USA, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia & New Zealand, GCC countries, Singapore and many other regions. Exact availability and shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Where do orders ship from?

Each product is individually hand printed for you in Europe, either in France, either in Poland depending on your delivery address. Contrary to typical gaming merch, we do not drop-ship from China; your items are made to order with care before they ship out.

Will my order come with tracking?
Yes. Every order is shipped with full tracking so you can follow your package throughout the entire journey.

How quickly do you process and ship orders?

We’re keen on our shipping speed: around 90% of all orders ship within 1–2 business days.We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.

What are the typical shipping times?
Shipping times vary by region, but here are the usual estimates:
USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain: 2–12 business days
Canada, Italy, Poland, Czechia: 2–19 business days
Germany & most of Europe:
2–16 business days
Australia & New Zealand:
2–14 business days
GCC countries (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia): 6–18 business days
Singapore:
8–18 business days
Rest of the World:
8–24 business days

What about customs duties and taxes?

2 - Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached

Do you offer exchanges?

We can help with exchanges where possible. This means returning the original item in acceptable conditions, and either receiving a replacement or placing a new order with the right size/style.

Just contact us at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to change, and we’ll guide you through the options.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping cost is generally the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.Once confirmed, we’ll offer a refund or replacement depending on the case, at no extra cost to you.

3 - Fit & Feel

What size should I chose?

Our products follow standard European/US sizing, not Asian cuts.

In most cases, you can simply choose your usual size. Items are designed to offer a comfortable, everyday fit.

What about the quality?

Our tees are made from high-quality 100% cotton with a premium 180g/m² fabric weight, offering a comfortable feel and long-lasting durability.

And for our hoodies?

Crafted from a durable cotton-poly blend with a soft brushed interior and a solid ~270 g/m² fabric weight, they deliver everyday comfort, warmth, and a fit that stays in shape over time.

4- Washing Your Items

How should I wash my shirts and hoodies?
To keep your prints and embroidery looking great:

  • Turn items inside out (print/design on the inside)
  • Wash with similar colours
  • Wash at no more than 30°C / 90°F
  • Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals

Can I use a dryer?
Heat and cotton aren’t best friends. For best results:

  • We recommend air drying / hang drying your items
  • If you use a tumble dryer, keep it on low heat and be aware it may shorten the life of the fabric and print over time

Can I iron my items?
Yes, but:

  • Turn the item inside out
  • Iron on the back side, on low to medium heat
  • Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery

What if my item gets damaged in the wash? If your item gets damaged in the wash and you followed the care instructions above, please contact us at contact.raidersmarket@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll review your case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. Please note that orders older than 90 days are generally not eligible for replacement due to wash-related damage.
